INSULATION SOLUTION FOR REMAK® GREEN ROOF
Remak® XPS holds the ability to minimize the water absorption and provides low thermal conductivity so that it is used under or above of Remak® Green Roof. This material creates a constant heat barrier. Furthermore, it is possible to add floor tiles and ballast on top to make a walkway and entertainment area.
DESCRIPTION
Being a nature-related method, green roof insulating solution helps to reduce the burden on the drainage system during the rainy season, reduce energy consumption through lowering cooling cost, lower the urban heat island effect, create peaceful living & working spaces.
Planting trees on the roof is a great solution to minimize the impact of sunlight, reduce indoor temperature, create green space for urban areas and also help protect the environment.
The selection of proper insulation materials for the ecological roof system is very important.
